Blackberry Crumble


Jeff made me this Blackberry Crumble last night and it was to die for! Here's the recipe:

1 qt. Fresh Blackberries

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats

1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour

1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar

1 Tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Butter

(Jeff added strawberries as well. He substituted the quick cooking oats with 2 packs of Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal)

Place blackberries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar; mix well. Let stand for several minutes. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl; mix well. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon blackberries into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle oats mixture over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
